Start with a relaxing cruise on beautiful Lake Taupo. View the Maori Rock Carvings at Mine Bay while enjoying a cup of tea and hot scones.  You may even get the option to drop a line in the water and test your fishing skills against the infamous rainbow trout.  If they get the better of you there is always clay bird shooting to try your hand at.  Be careful not to shoot the floatplane arriving to pick you up!

Board your floatplane,  fly north of Lake Taupo into the depths of Orakei Korako, The Hidden Valley.  After landing on the beautiful Waikato River, stroll through the Orakei Korako (approx 1 hour) before your flight back to Taupo over the Huka Falls and Craters of the Moon.
